integrative, trauma-informed therapy focused on the whole person
therapy for sensitive souls, deep feelers, and cycle-breakers
Hi there! My name is Katherine Miller (she/her) and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Austin, TX. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma recovery, and disordered eating, and those moving through the world with a sensitive nervous system. I bring my authentic self to each session, and deeply value creating a space where you can do the same.

“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity.”
